The four magic ingredients of a great brand

Do you understand your customer?

Insights are the greatest assets
of a brand owner.

It is not what the customer says he knows. It is what you know about them that they themselves do not know that matters!

Are your segments responding homogeneously?

Segments work best when they share a similar response to a given stimulus.

Brand managers struggle with communication when they get their segmentation wrong.

Are your targets accessible, sizeable and reachable?

Business plans should target consumers that can be serviced.

The cost of serving customers decreases when targets are accessible and reachable, making the RoI on marketing better.

Will customers take pride in owning your brand?

Customers buy brands to express their own feelings and personalities.

A brand is an extension of a customer’s self-portrait. It is not just a thing or a help that he buys, but a badge he wears with pride.

The art
of building
great brands

A great brand is not just about great advertising

A brand is not what you say it is. It is what a customer thinks it is. Advertising is the most logical thing in the world. It helps you tell a story that appeals to a prospective customer. In fact, it’s a masterpiece of psycho-surgery!

Starting effortless conversions

The whole point of an advertising campaign is to convert prospects into repeat buyers. That reduces customer acquisition costs and improves margins over the long term.

Flexibility in your segments and positioning

Have a segmenting conflict? Never make a pitch that one segment adores, and the other segment hates. A brand manager should decide which customer segments are the most valuable to keep. Trying to be everything for everyone results in being nothing to anyone!

Simple promises. Transparent processes

Customers like to keep things simple. They need an expectation map and a gratification framework. Build the right evaluation matrix, and customers will love your brand!

Great brands help customers bring their vision to life

Craft a captivating brand plan that transforms your dreams into beautiful, unforgettable experiences. Help your customers match these with their personalities. That’s the hallmark of a good brand.
